To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data:

  • Email hello@mybiowell.com with subject: Data Request
  • Include the email address associated with your account (if any)
  • We will process your request within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy

To clear local browser data immediately: go to your browser’s Settings → Site Settings → mybiowell.com → Clear Data.

First verify your health profile is accurate (age, height, weight, activity level). If results still seem off, email us with your profile details and we will investigate. Remember, MyBioWell is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
