Is MyBioWell really free?

Yes! MyBioWell is 100% free. There are no hidden charges, premium tiers, or paywalls. All features — including personalized diet plans, nutrient analysis, daily tracking, and weekly reports — are available at no cost.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can use MyBioWell without an account. Your data is stored locally in your browser. Creating an account (via Google Sign-In) enables cross-device sync so you can access your data from any device.

My diet plan seems wrong. What should I do?

First, verify your health profile is accurate (age, height, weight, activity level). The diet plan is mathematically optimized for your inputs. If results still seem off, try regenerating the plan. Remember, MyBioWell is not a substitute for advice from a qualified dietitian.

Does MyBioWell support non-vegetarian diets?

Currently, MyBioWell focuses exclusively on Indian vegetarian diets. We cover North, South, East, West, and Central Indian cuisines, plus Jain-friendly options. Non-vegetarian support may be added in the future.

How do I delete my data?

For local data: clear your browser's localStorage for mybiowell.com (Settings → Site Settings → mybiowell.com → Clear Data). For server-side data: contact us to request account deletion.
