MyBioWell is a free online tool that provides personalized Indian vegetarian diet planning, nutrient gap analysis, and meal tracking. The service generates meal recommendations based on your self-reported health profile using mathematical optimization algorithms.

2. Not Medical Advice

MyBioWell is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The diet plans and nutritional information provided are for general informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have medical conditions such as diabetes, PCOD/PCOS, hypertension, thyroid disorders, or any other health condition.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate nutritional information based on ICMR-NIN recommended dietary allowances and IFCT 2017 food composition data. However:

• Nutrient values may vary based on food preparation methods, ingredient sources, and portion sizes
• Recommended dietary allowances are population-level guidelines and may not account for individual variations
• Our optimization algorithms produce mathematically optimal plans, but individual tolerance and preferences may vary

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate health profile information for best results
• Consult a doctor before following diet plans if you have medical conditions
• Do not rely solely on MyBioWell for managing any health condition
• Keep your account credentials secure if you create an account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content, algorithms, or food database without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, and branding of MyBioWell are the intellectual property of MyBioWell. The nutritional data is based on publicly available ICMR-NIN and IFCT sources, credited appropriately.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyBioWell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from following our diet recommendations
• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or technical issues
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (which is zero, as it is free)

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MyBioWell after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
