By accessing and using MyBioWell (mybiowell.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

MyBioWell is a free online tool that analyses nutrient gaps in Indian vegetarian diets. It generates personalised meal recommendations based on your self-reported health profile using mathematical optimisation algorithms (Mixed Integer Linear Programming). 3. Responsible Use

MyBioWell is designed to be used as a starting point for understanding your nutrition, not as a final answer. Responsible use means:

• Do: Use the analysis to identify potential nutrient gaps and discuss them with your doctor
• Do: Provide accurate health profile information for the best results
• Do: Cross-reference suggestions with your doctor if you have health conditions
• Do not: Rely solely on MyBioWell for managing any health condition
• Do not: Treat the output as a clinical diagnosis or prescription
• Do not: Ignore symptoms or delay medical consultation based on MyBioWell results

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate nutritional information based on ICMR-NIN recommended dietary allowances and IFCT 2017 food composition data. However:

• Nutrient values may vary based on food preparation methods, ingredient sources, and portion sizes
• Recommended dietary allowances are population-level guidelines and may not account for individual variations
• Our food database covers 287+ items but not every Indian food
• We do not account for drug-nutrient interactions or genetic variations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content, algorithms, or food database without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, and branding of MyBioWell are the intellectual property of MyBioWell. The nutritional data is derived from publicly available ICMR-NIN and IFCT sources, credited appropriately.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyBioWell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from following our recommendations
• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or technical issues
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (which is zero, as it is free)

8. Privacy & Data

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Health data stored locally in your browser by default
• Server data encrypted with AES-256-GCM
• No data sales, no ads, no third-party sharing
• Deletion requests: hello@mybiowell.com (processed within 30 days)

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@mybiowell.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MyBioWell after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted in the "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
